Went out of his way

Very many thanks for the work you have done on our behalf. I would like to say how impressed we were with your engineer who went out of his way to work unobtrusively, neatly and with good humour. I am sure that each job is very different and I know that this was far from being straightforward. We’ve not had very good experiences with plumbers over the last few years and I’m pleased to say that this has now been readdressed.
