Whilst writing I would like to say thank you for the excellent service we received from you. You returned our initial phone call promptly, sent the estimate within a few days, and then phoned back in August as we requested. The engineer you sent round was on time, polite, courteous and did a neat and tidy job. It’s not very often in this day and age that you get 100% great service so a big thanks to you and your staff.
